1. Services

Upstate Golf Rx offers private golf instruction, K-Motion 3D biofeedback sessions, video swing reviews, and multi-lesson packages at 019 GolfHouse (Greer, SC) and Haas Family Golf (Greenville, SC). All lesson content, scheduling, and facility policies are subject to change at the instructor's discretion.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Lesson appointments are scheduled through our online booking platform at upstategolfrx.intellilesson.com/book. By booking a session you agree to provide accurate contact information, to arrive at the scheduled facility on time, and to abide by that facility's rules and policies.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the lesson fee at the instructor's discretion. Instructor-initiated cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.

4. Payments

Payment is due at or before the time of service. Multi-lesson package sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of the instructor.

5. Physical Activity Disclaimer

Golf instruction involves physical activity. By booking a session you represent that you are physically able to participate and that you assume the inherent risks of recreational sport. Upstate Golf Rx and Bo McCorkle are not responsible for injuries resulting from pre-existing conditions, failure to follow instructor guidance, or activities conducted outside of scheduled lessons.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, images, video, and other content on this website are the property of Upstate Golf Rx or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upstate Golf Rx and Bo McCorkle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in golf instruction services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury not directly caused by instructor negligence.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or booking services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
